Namaskar / Hello to all hive users, who will reach this post. I hope you are doing great and having fun in your life and enjoying it with your loved ones.

I have not been into real estate before but today something changed my mind a little and I am confused about that now 😅. Is real estate good or bad, to invest in? 😇 or I should invest in crypto. I do believe in crypto but real estate is really profitable for sure. I have seen that today.

One of my friends called me I was free in the daytime and we decided to go to a site, actually, the side is a rural area but due to the ongoing work of a new medical college, the price of the lands did pump a lot. he is planning to buy some land there even though the price has pumped a lot but still, the whole construction will take at least 5 years or maybe more but it will happen for sure.

All the areas(or you can say land) close to the road (which is on construction) are booming in price. I did see many land owners have already made boundaries around their properties. most of the owners are government employees and contractors.
That is really a smart move for sure, for those who have money right now. This is really a great time to invest in lands around that areas. In 5 to 10 years the investment price will be 2X for sure. I know that is nothing good as compared to the price of the crypto. we all know that the crypto price is very volatile.🙃
There is no doubt about that, but real estate did give us surely on that that is possible if you did invest in the right place for sure.

we all do want to collect assets and land, properties are the best way to do that don't you think?
he hee but not all have the money to invest in, do you think it is a good idea to invest in lands?
If you have money then diversifying it for good returns is a good idea for sure and that is recommended by all investors.
maybe I will share the photographs in my next post ~~but I will sure share some beautiful views that I have taken 😉~~ 😅. you should wait na for that.

some places were really at a very amazing spot that has already increased the price of the land. I money you will pay for the view no doubt and you will not regret that for sure I can guarantee you.

I will think about it although I don't have that much money I and friend will divide the share of the land that is what we were planning to do. he is really fast and active in these types of things lest see what will happen. I have to collect more and more by the time I reach my 40's still 12 to 13 years to go. 😉
