He/she moves forward with experience and changes his/her life path. You see different cultures and thoughts in abundance among different and even the same communities and even within your own family. You won't find any man who is still but changes according to his/her experience. This change can be in any aspect of his life. This change exists on the same basis in all issues related to humans. Web 2 experience leads to Web 3! Basically, you create something and then by experiencing it and getting feedback and existing shortcomings and collecting enough information, you go to fix and cover the problems.
