The 2018 Audi RS5

The Audi RS5 with its new 90-degree 2.9 TFSI V6 Biturbo engine being able to put out 331kW and 600Nm, that is 170Nm more than the previous version. This car is no slouch, 0-100 km/h (62 Mph) only takes 3.9 seconds, the top speed is limited to 250 km/h (155 Mph) but with the RS design package this can be lifted to 280 km/h (174 Mph). The Quattro system in the RS5 will distribute the power in a 40:60 ratio which they say will optimise traction and safety. The gearbox has been changed from the previous seven-speed S-Tronic automatic to the Eight-Speed ZF automatic, because of the torque increase the gearbox had to be changed to the ZF to handle all the power.
