In a bad life you keep losing yourself when you give all yourself to everyone without having time for yourself.
Eventually this is power when everything is connected to it and they depend on each source so that is what happens when you give your energy to everyone that is why you have to protect your action at any point in time.
Protect what you give and take because both of you you might not have the capacity to carry everyone even when you think you have and when you are dead they will go back to another battery to charge themselves.
That is how life has always been so don't depend on don't give up yourself to everyone that you don't have time for yourself to return or renew yourself always put yourself first because that is how life has always been to put yourself first.
