Acutally there are two reason to rent a card.

You may want to use this card (before acutally buying it)

You may want to increase your Collection Power

First reason is simple you want to test the particular card whether it is suitable or not with you current cards. For second reason you don't acutally want to use this card you only want to increase your CP temporarily. So there may be two tips for two situation.

For the first reason you need to forget about the cost because you want to use this card but cheaper is the better. Let say you want to test Kralus Legendary Level 2 card so you will need to go here and type Kralus in the type box and choose level to lvl 2. This will only show you lvl 2 and above cards.

This will cost you around 90 DEC per day and you will get 3000 CP as a Collective Power. You also have another rental options. Click the number(14) showing below the rental options. You will see like the following image.

The one you previously seen is from the @logturp so you don't even need to click rental options because system automatically choose the lowest price rental for you. @logturp is my guild mate so could you a little bit lower down price for me. Just kidding. This is just an example.

For the second reason to rent you will need to find a card with lowest cost and highest Collection Power. You will not card about which card will you get.

Click the CP per DEC/day arrow is needed to show in the Up direction. You will see Rexxie has the lowest DEC rental price. But you need to make sure it is suitable for your need. Let's say you only need 1000 CP to reach a higher league. I will advice you to choose three cards. I will show in the following image. It will cost only 11.565 DEC per day and you will get 1125 CP in return.

But if you only need 950 DEC I will advice you to choose the following card. It will cost you 11 DEC per day and you will get exactly 950 CP.

If you want cheapest card the following will be yours. You will get 3060 CP and will only cost you 11.95 DEC per day.

Another tip for renting cards is not to wait until the last day of the season. Rental prices will increase if you are late. You will no longer get this cards with current price.

@tin.aung.soe I hope this post will help you a litlle. I hope you will understand what I mean. You need to check Daily price column. This will include How much DEC you will cost per day, How much CP you will get and finally how much CP you will get in return if you spend 1 DEC. This is the most important column. So always keep in mind that column.

Conclusion
If you rent Kralus you may need to spend 90 DEC per day but if you rent Rexxie you will get the same CP with 8 times lower price. It is up to you what you will choose. Be a happy summoner and don't think about the money. I will provide you with useful tips.
