Battle Mage Secrets Weekly CHallenge - Keep your distance

This challenge is based on the rule set specified by the Splinterlands so it is much difficult than Social Media Challenge.

Units with melee attacks may not be used.

Use Phase, Void, Void Armor, and Magic Reflect to counter magic attacks.

Use Headwinds and Return Fire to counter ranged attacks.

Units with 2 types of attack (which include melee) cannot be used.

Nearly one third of monsters can not be selected. You don't need to care about excessive sneak attacks with melee monsters. THere are only two paths to choose from. Both of you and your enemy can only use ranged attack monsters and magic attack monsters.

After checking the battle rules, I decided to bet on the magic attack. I wanted to draw every attack on one place so I need [Taunt] ability. So I can only use Life Splinter. Because of the Equal Opportunity rule I have to use [Taunt] ability + [Void] ability altogether. I did not have the monster with [Return Fire] + [Shield] ability.

Rule Set:

Keep the Distance-Units with melee attacks may not be used.
Explosive Weaponry-All units gain the Blast ability.
Equal Opportunity-All units gain Opportunity which allows them to attack the unit with the lowest health on the enemy team.

Opportunity could only override [Reach] ability. I did not want my army to become disarray army so I use [Taunt] ability. At the same time I tried to Snipe his defend line.

IZIAR

IZIAR is very good to draw attention. I think only [Scatter] ability is prioritise over the [Taunt] ability. It also has [Void] ability so it is good to defend against magic attacks.

PRISMATIC ENERGY

I chose PRISMATIC ENERGY for counter attack. Because of the Explosive Weaponry rule set I chose a monster with [Magic Reflect] ability to counter magic attacks.
HIGH PRIEST DARIUS

I wanted to be IZIAR on the stage longer. So I used HIGH PRIEST DARIUS to revive IZIAR so it will last longer on the battle.

BILA THE RADIANT

BILA THE RADIANT [Life Leech] ability so It Health will increase over time. It will be grate to put her in fare line.

CAPTAIN KATIE

This is my strongest weapon in this battle. CAPTAIN KATIE is only needed to kill the monsters and it will be stongers as the monster kill count increased.

VENARI CRYSTALSMITH

I used VENARI CRYSTALSMITH to heal IZIAR. IZIAR has 12 units of Health. It will be healed 4 units per round. This is quite decent amount of Health.

Battle History

Everything is according to my plan. My opponent used magic attack monsters mostly and one ranged attack monster. It is not good for him to use the monster with [Taunt] ability in the middle of the formation. PRISMATIC ENERGY will chip away his monster's Health.

Two of his units have been slayed by Captain Katie. What a good scene! His ranged attack damage is high but his defence fall apart quickly. So his ranged attack is ineffective now.
