I have a few witnesses who are reluctant to downvote and maybe against downvote,

but

No witness yet wrote to me to be listed as NoDownVote Witness,
maybe since they can be target from ManSlaughtering Witnesses.

I will manage the NoDownVote Witness list if any witness want to be listed,
And hopefully I will start run Witness myself, but not yet time to tell the schedule.

Thank you for your comments.
It is great help for the war against manSlaughterers.
