That post only proves some person is completely uninformed and didn't understand bitcoin at all. FEES regulate which transaction gets picked up and validated. The more transactions, the higher the fees you have to pay for your transactions to get validated in a reasonable timeframe.

Nobody will validate your transactions for free.
