Hello friends of "STEEMIT", a big greeting, today I present this artistic work, made in the blue pen technique, brand "BIC", on white and smooth cardboard, with dimensions of 32 cm by 24 cm, today I want to take this drawing as an example of perspectives and textures with the ballpoint pen, in this example I will show you the technique of proportions and the previous study of the sketch, in order to obtain the effect of perspectives, I will be doing a step by step, where I include the video of the process of drawing, the time used for this visual art was 30 hours at intervals of 5 hours per day.
"Perspectives"
With the reference image, I make a preliminary study of the drawing, dividing into spaces starting from the central point of the image.
Division of areas from the central point of the image
Steep 1
I make the sketch with the graphite pencil with the code "HB-2", because it is a very clear and easy to erase tone and we proceed to give the first layers of blue ballpoint ink, very smoothly.
Steep 2
In this photograph we can observe very clear lines, which form a pattern where the textures are formed and project the image.
Steep 3
Here we have the table of different shades where I highlight the darkest and clearest areas, this is the most important method in this technique, to master the textures and diffuse the different shades in pen, starting from a single tone.
In these steps, I focus my total attention on the different planes of lights and shadows, at a lower distance more strong contrasts and to the far plane of the image with lighter shades.
Friends of "STEEMIT", for me it is a pleasure to share my drawings and explain the process of realization, with the aim that my blog, be of help to many friends who are interested in the magical world of visual art, I wish you many successes and I say goodbye as always with this thought that makes us grow more every day.
