This American film was directed by Francis Lawrence, this director is famous for several music videos with artists like Justin Timberlake, Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, Beyoncé and this same director had previously worked with Jennifer Lawrence on The Hunger Games. I would say that the only thing that these films have in common is the feminist message and the title with the name of a bird (remember the mockingjay). This cinematographic work is for an adult audience, because scenes of violence and sexuality can be VERY inappropriate for minors, but if there is something good about adulthood it is that you can enjoy these things.

The film lacks something very common in this type of delivery and it is the sequences of shots and fight scenes, on the other hand, they give something that gives value to this type of movies, a well-constructed plot with a psychological factor is appreciated. It makes you want to analyze the characters, having your own hypotheses. I really liked the soundtrack, It’s sensational.

A Romance story that I didn’t buy at all, it was one of the few things I didn’t like about the movie, in fact, I found the romance of Atomic Blondie more credible, some Hollywood movies have sometimes sold to us that they are better for the simple fact of being American, I just don’t see why she fell in love with him.

If we compare it with Atomic Blondie (2017), we can notice that both works focus on a protagonist, a true femme fatale, but the context and how it is done is totally different, Atomic Blondie was directed by David Leitch (same director of John Wick) the main attraction of this work is the sequence of scenes of fight, shots, romance out of the expected and the new concept of a spy woman, which is independent and solitary; It is already consolidated as such, in addition this film was based on some comics while Red Sparrow was adapted from a novel. .

#FunFact David Leitch was Second-unit director of the film Constantine, directed by Francis Lawrence.

Is it worth seeing? Without a doubt, there will be people who enjoy it more than others.

Women, however much we strive and excel for different qualities, there is still a substantial number of men (and even women) who despise these qualities and think that we only serve one thing: to be the missing piece in someone else's life, when Actually women are a whole. (The message of the film was not very clear to me, but this is the message that I want to leave you my dear readers).
