Hive can be a wild west sometimes, anything can happen. So imagine you can choose a superpower, but you must choose only one so you have to do that carefully. What superpower will you choose? How will you use it? Any plans on doing something special?
My thinking about super power goes way back when I was much younger, I would imagine superman or batman coming to save me from a situation I got my self in. I remembered telling my younger ones that I wish super man can teleport us to another country 馃榿 where I had believe would be filled with milk and honey. Oh my childish brain! Growing up life hit me and then I realized no super person can help you from anything, you have to do everything your self without expecting help from anyone.
If I were to choose any superpower for my self it will definitely be to be able to teleport to different countries at anytime I want. I love traveling so much, I really want to explore to different parts of the world, I want to learn about other peoples culture, eat different food, live in different apartment, attend several festivals, football events, entertainment gatherings and so much more. But if I choose this power I'm only doing my self a favor and not for any other person, I'm only satisfying my wants for me and me alone, which I won't consider the best thing to do as someone with a super power.
There is this saying that goes like "WITH GREAT POWER COMES GREAT RESPONSIBILITY". So if I'm to choose one power I would choose the one that would benefit humanity. This power would be able to help us eradicate poverty from the world. I'm not saying everyone would be rich,I'm only saying everyone would be able to afford 3 square meals, good clothes and a roof over their head. No one would have to live under the bridge, roadside or become homeless. With these I would be able to put smiles on alot of people faces, and joy in their hearts.
There are several people in every part of the world going through this, they only eat from begging or doing a difficult job for a few cents, they have families they cannot even take care of, and most of their kids dies of starvation, or cold from sleeping outside. These are the kind of people I see sometimes when I leave my house, these are the ones I would really love to use my power to help. Though I don't have super powers now but I do give them the little I have and I believe if everyone of us does the same thing then the world would be a better place for the giver and the receiver.
