So obviously as people travel to and through Colorado, cannabis is a huge attraction. As one of the first states to legalize recreational marijuana in 2012, there were a lot of tourist lookieloos. There were many people who had never been to a dispensary. So someone saw a niche and filled it.
I came across this company when I was looking for something to do with out of town friends. What a genius idea.
420 Tours was founded by Daniel Schaefer, long time advocate for cannabis. Along with his business partner JJ Walker, they saw a need and got in on the ground floor by offering something different. A different kind of adventure. The very first cannabis tour was in 2013 and My 420 Tours was started in early 2014.
They offer so much and definitely something for everybody whether you are a long time smoker, part time or just curious.
They offer grow tours, walking tours, classes and education, and custom tours.
Here is some of what they offer. I blacked out the prices but they are very reasonable.
I was absolutely impressed with all they offer. This group also does custom tours, so if you can dream it, it is probably possible.
So if you are in the "mile high " city this is the o e tourist attraction you are going to want to check out.
