Hello everyone your to my blog today

Crime has grown to become a part of life. We all do bad things regardless of how much of a saint we think we are. Sometime we do these things intentionally and other times we do it intentionally but without a choice. Life can be hard, and as much as I don’t want to make an excuse for people who commit crimes, some people commit some crimes because they have no option. Imagine a mother stealing a loaf of bread to feed her hungry children. Punishment has been used for centuries as a means to control people and prevent illegal actions.

No matter how much we try to get rid of crime, it will still be in our societies and counties at large. Because we can’t all be saints. Someone will most definitely to something that one supposed to be done, and there’s nothing we can do about it. At the end of the day, just make sure to be in control of your mind, your thoughts and your actions because these are the things that drive us. Knowing who you are is the beginning of finding yourself. Don’t get caught up in the crime life because you’re confused and still finding yourself. Calm your nerves and walk the road because life is a journey of discovering….

Every country has its own set of laws that impose penalties on criminals, such as imprisonment, fines, life sentences, or even execution, based on the severity of the crime. The main idea behind using punishment is to frighten people so they think twice before committing a crime. Despite this, crime continues to happen daily in many parts of the world.

This raises the question: do punishment actually work.Despite knowing the consequences some people still break the law, Why? Because I think people sometimes do things because of how they feel at that moment, Human beings are emotional creatures, sometimes they allow anger takes over, sometimes greed takes over, sometimes desperation takes over, people convince themselves that they won't get caught when they are in the act of committing this crimes, or they convince themselves that it's only going to happen once.

However, despite the fact that many people are being punished for their actions, it's surprising to see that the crime rate kept increasing when it ought to reduce, and this leads to people questioning the effectiveness of punishment, wondering if it's effective or why it seems not to deter people from committing crime. Below I would state what I believe is the cause of these.the question now is that do punishments actually really work?

I think they don't work in some cases, I think that they are not enough to stop people from committing crimes , the reason I say this is because a lot of people don't commit crimes partly because they know there are consequences attached to them, the existence of laws and punishments creates some level of order in society imagine a world where there were no consequences for wrongdoing,i honestly think things would be much worse than they already are.

I will not be one to judge others because if I’m to find myself in others shoes, I might do worse. And that makes me know that crime to some extent can never be understood. Some people don’t choose the crime life, they somehow find themselves roped up in that life thanks to the company they keep. And who’s to be blame for that? No one but themselves. It could be me and it also could be you. We know the price but we stop do it. This should tell us that it isn’t always about the act but the state of mind.
