Pienso que cada una de nosotras día a día queremos sentirnos bien, hermosas. Nos esforzamos un poco por mantenernos de la mejor manera ya sea con el cuidado de nuestro cabello, nuestro cuerpo, nuestra salud y nuestra cara.
Days ago I was voting the garbage and I saw my neighbor, she greeted me and then I went home. What impressed me when I saw her was her face, waoo I had never seen her like that. Her face was very very blotchy. That made me feel a little sad because I thought about how she must feel. After that I was kind of traumatized because I saw on my face 😌just a little spot but maybe it was my freckles hehehehehehe... that's what I thought at that moment.
Hace días estaba votando la basura y me encontré con mi vecina, me saludo y luego me fui a mi casa. Lo que me impresiono cuando la vi fue su rostro😌, waoo nunca la había visto así. Su cara estaba muy muy manchada. Eso me hizo sentir un poco triste porque pensé en cómo se sentirá ella. Luego de esto yo estaba como traumada porque observe en mi cara apenitas un manchita pero quizás eran mis pecas jejejeje… fue lo que pensé en ese momento.

A las semanas pudimos reunir el dinero porque necesitaba ir a la ginecóloga para chequearme ya que tenía mucho tiempo sin ir porque la doctora que me veía se fue del país. Me hizo el eco y la citología todo estaba bien y si me encontró con una pequeñita mancha, pero lo primero que me dijo es que, si llevaba mucho sol, yo le conté que por ahora no y que trataba de cuidarme bastante y usaba protector solar. Ella menciona que esto puede ser productos de las pastillas anticonceptivas, los hijos o más a un porque la persona lleva mucho sol y no se cuida.

Las mujeres de piel blanca lamentablemente son las primeras en este daño. chicas esto es algo muy muy importante, quizás es fastidioso porque podemos pensar en tener un pegoste en la cara entre otras cosas.

It is true that it is a little expensive, but my beautiful friends it is an investment and it lasts a long time.
Hoy día, existen muchos protectores solares muy buenos, en mi caso utilizo umbrélla plus en líquido me hecho un poquito en la mano y con mi dedo voy agregando en mi cara, dejo secar por unos minutos y luego que ya este seco puedo maquillarme. Es verdad que es un poquito costoso, pero amigas bellas es una inversión y dura bastante.

Pero mis bellas esto si es para todas traten siempre de cuidar su rostro, utilicen su protector solar, si ven que las manchas persisten la recomendación de esta ginecóloga es ir a un dermatólogo. No se descuiden para que luego no nos lamentemos. También el hacer ejercicios y comer frutas ayudan a limpiar nuestro organismo y evitar estas manchas desagradables.
