The rules to qualify are simple

Your account reputation must be above 39 and your account must be at least 30 days old
Your total Hive Power must be less than 25K Hive Power
You must power up at least 10 Hive on March 20th
You must write a Happy Bday Hive post about your power using the tag #HivePowerBday
Share your post on social media. (Hive or Web 2.0)

The Hive Delegations will be divided as follows

Two delegations of 25,000 HP each for one month.
Three delegations of 10,000 HP each for one month.
Four delegations of 5,000 HP each for one month.
