It does take some skill and a lot of patience, especially when cutting out complex objects from background. But if you do, then you can achieve interesting results and creative outcomes
In this particular case, we did simple shots with a bodybuilder that looked quite boring. But putting in some work and time it can be changed quite a lot.
So i have found this background of a gym and moved the guy into it. In my opinion it seems much more interesting when provided with some context.
