Es increíble la desidia de los gobiernos que hemos tenido, para quienes lo que no es lucrativo no es viable de realizar. Las ideas que se han tejidio alrededor de las ruinas para su utilización como centro histórico-cultural no han tenido acogida, razón por la cual ya no quedan ruinas, sino basura acumulada que ya no es probable, aunque no imposible, de recuperar.
