For the first time in a VERY long time, maybe since like day 2, I feel Steem and the community are heading in the right direction.
If you've followed me, you should understand the significance of that statement.
Do I think this update is going to solve all of the challenges brought to use by this ill-gained stake that 
Is it a good start? Absolutely. It's time to hold the owner of the tokens in question accountable for how they're used (and it shouldn't be for personal enrichment) and the actions that were taken today are the first steps in that process.
So why the hell are you suddenly so positive? For the first time ever (and there was a good period of time where I was not included in witness chats), I saw a group come together, without the influence of Steemit, and put out a meaningful update to keep this blockchain secure and true to it's original intent. sAs far as I know, that's never been done prior to this release. That's huge. A real win. Something to actually celebrate.
But, won't this piss of 
Quite a few people have asked what I think about the sale from 
@ned finally gone and the dumping of coins to line his pockets come to an end.@justinsunsteemit cares about Steem, this community, you, your mom, dog, aunt, uncle, best friend, or grandmother. His actions against the TRON community and his own employees speak volumes to support this. Maybe he can prove me wrong, but, I was hella right about @ned, eh?@ned is finally fucking gone. I have more to say, but, I've got to run for now. Check back later and I'll have a few more thoughts added.
