Police issued their statement shortly after the arrest. "At approximately 6 p.m." they said, "Officers were dispatched to an apartment on 16th Street and the suspect was arrested."
The statement continued: "... The investigation led detectives to believe that there could be additional victims in this case, since the person who lives in the apartment was seen with the suspect. Additional victims may possibly have other individuals with whom the suspect resided prior to the arrest."
