One thing that I use a lot more than I thought I would is my drone.
While the coast is filled with amazing locations for photography, sometimes a new perspective is needed to get those epic images.
Not long after I purchased my new filters I took my drone with me to Uni and went down to the river opening at the beach.
Really I just wanted to see how the filters would go on an overcast day, but I found some more cool spots! This first image is taken where the river opens to the see, which hadn't been opened yet.
In the centre of the frame you can see a beautiful house, but for those familiar with Warrnambool, you know that this house would always be so cold with the relentless winds.
Here is another coastal drone image, that I am going to have to try and get with some epic light!
And finally, this is the same lime stack but from a different angle. How awesome would it look with the milky way over the top!!
