'Lemons In A Cup'
.....original sketch and digital artwork by
Original drawing....photographed from bleujay's sketchbook.
Personal photograph of an Oriental rug.
Finished digital artwork.
For those interested in details......
This particular sketch is from a still life set up with bright lights in order to enhance the shadows formed by the stoneware using different strengths of pencils from 6B to a 9B by which one can achieve a variety of values......which provide both interest and depth.
Taking the sketch to digital artwork required taking a photograph of the drawing and a photograph of a background (which in this case was a rug) and then using a sketch app with a variety of tools.
Thank you for your interest.
Happy New Year......Cheers.
