Scoop That Poop Day

I was on my walk with Bella today and noticed several people had failed to poop their scoop.

It passes me off because there are lots of elderly and children in the area.

I don't want to step in it an neither does my dog so we cleared them I always have extra bags.

Not really how I wanted the walk to go but it least it will be more pleasant now.
