The biggest problem of modern society is that most people have gotten accustomed to judging everyone else all the time and when you do that, you subconsciously start thinking that everyone else is doing the same with you and become afraid of taking risks and being wrong which will lead to less personal growth and more anxiety, more regret.
Not judging others is something you do for yourself first and foremost so that you don't feel as if others are judging you. They are monitoring your movement and everything and they are laughing at you random one actually killed.
