Most times we are often saddled with the responsibilities of piloting the affairs of either our homes,relationships,or congenial affairs.
When this happens, it is our obligation to maintain the sanity of that which we pilot.
Decision making is a vital determinant which checks how competent we are in handling situations.
It's true each and everyone of us is a potent leader, but what makes us prominent leaders is the ability to STAND for others to SIT.
However,this quality is being infringed by our egos accompanied with pride which we often misapprehend for prestige.
Using relationship as a case study, yhu will agree with me that most relationships suffers or disintegrates as a result of:

鈥nsubordination,
鈥ride(perhaps u have what others don't
and
鈥elf autonomy .
Relationship is not an association one can pilot on his/her own,yhu may have pioneered it but that doesn't give yhu the right to run it your own way,decisions should be premeditated,discussed,and amicably agreed on before being utilized.
It is not how much love yhu share with your spouse that makes the relationship grow or last,its how well yhu handle certain erroneous scenes.
Yhu may think your girl doesn't have a say in whatever decision you make but lemme remind us all that we now live in a society where women and men have equal rights,from ma research l discovered that in the southern part of cross river state, calabar to be precise, female are the major beneficiaries of whatever asset their parents had...
So don't think her contributions are not welcome.
