An Impact is a significant or strong influence, and there are various forms of impacts starting from the academic level down to the social level.
Its no news that a positive impact makes God smile because a positive impact is the manifestation of God's plan.
In each and every day of our lives,we are faced with challenges, or we come across challenges that needs a positive impact from us.
Impactation starts with the willingness to do something,
Using learning as a case study, we will find out that if we dislike a particular tutor, we are likely to bring forth a poor performance in regards to his course.
Some of the ways we can create positive impact is through:

•Contributing towards positive growth
•Sharing your experience with the inexperienced
•Having a welcoming spirit
•Touching lives positively through charity donations
•Showing others the road to success (to mention but a few)
We do not need to create impacts based on our family circles alone,global Impactation is Paramount.
Its one thing to succeed and another thing to make others successful.
However, we might be creating a rather negative impact unknowingly in whatever we do.
I want to implore all steemians to have a review of their recent activities and contrast them to know the type of impact we are creating.
But one thing is certain, if your presence can not put a smile on someone's face,if what you stand for is not beneficial to someone else,then its more likely you are creating the wrong and negative impact.
