Awesome and chilling figure @somethingburger! I incorrectly assumed at first that darker color = more waste. Personally, I'd flip the color axis. Also, perhaps exaggerate the color difference a bit more

that doesn't seem fair @granunic0rn Exercise can be amazing for depression. It can also be terrific at lowering cancer risk. But, if you get cancer, nobody will tell you "Just keep exercising."
