Receive from God. Prayer provides us the opportunity to ask and receive from God. Without asking, there can be no receiving. James 4:2 says, “...yet ye have not, because you ask not”. Anything lacking in your life can be received in the place of prayer. Luke 11:9-10, John 16:24, Matthew 21:22, 1 Chronicles 4:9-10.
