I just suddenly decided to go buy food and ride the bus. Something I have not done in ages that I don't even recall when was the last time I was in a bus. It feels different now that we have a pandemic. That fact made it feel like this whole thing was an adventure. Luckily, it was not rush hour and in our city, people are disciplined. There was social distancing and everybody had protective masks. I was not scared at all but I was also careful.
It was a quick bus ride, I live just a few blocks from the commercial district. I did not even meant to sit far from the door. It definitely felt different than usual because before, buses like this will be cramped and some would even choose to just stand by the alley just to get to their destinations quick.
This ride was also entertaining because I saw a lady had her bike inside the bus. Everyone has been encouraged to use bicycles here to avoid contact and to lessen traffic. This gal probably has tried it for the first time and got tired and had to take the bus with the bike instead.
I just made my day wonderful with this bus ride. It was risky being out here but the months of lockdown has gotten me all pale and bored, I thought I needed this.
