After leaving my HIVE on Binance for quite a while, I finally decided to transfer it back to my Hive account.
I originally bought these tokens at around $0.80 per HIVE, but as everyone knows, the market moved against me and the price is now sitting around $0.05. Selling at this level doesn't make much sense to me, so instead I decided to bring everything back to the Hive blockchain.
Today I withdrew 328 HIVE from Binance. After the small network fee, 327.99 HIVE arrived safely in my Hive account.
Instead of letting these coins sit on an exchange, I'd rather keep them on-chain where I have full control over them. My next step is to Power Up these HIVE and increase my Hive Power for the long term.
This feels like a better choice than panic selling after such a big price drop. If I'm going to keep holding, I may as well strengthen my account and continue participating in the Hive ecosystem.
Purchased around $0.80/HIVE
Current market price around $0.05/HIVE
Withdrawn from Binance: 328 HIVE
Network Fee: 0.01 HIVE
Received on Hive: 327.99 HIVE
I'm looking at this as a long-term investment. Markets go through cycles, and rather than selling at a heavy loss, I'd prefer to build my Hive Power and stay active on the platform.
