Last year was a tough one no doubt but it opened our eyes to the fact that we need more than one source of income to sustain our families and of course that necessary sacrifices has to be made if we are determined to accumulate more wealth. Life is all about making sacrifices and if we desire something, then we must be able to make the required sacrifice to get that thing accomplished.

Re-create yourself.

The greatest formula to making more income is re-creation, re-creation simply means that you place yourself in a position of improvement and a point where you just want to get better and become a better individual, if you fail to improve on yourself you remain stagnant but with improvement it becomes possible for you to become a much better skilled person which of course opens the room for more income.

Positive peer pressure.

When you stay around positive peer pressure, it ignites you to put more energy into what you do and strive for a better result. Increasing your income has a lot to say about the people you are surrounded with, when you have group of friends who are regularly driven by change and the decision to try something new all the time, it creates room for positive competition and the drive and strong will for growth to occur but when you choose to stay with friends whose drive and passion for improvement is dead, then you will also not get your income increased.

Do not get discouraged by the fear of death or loss.

The fear of death is the reason why a lot of people just feel there is no need for them to work any longer, when there is a sudden news of a friend’s death, there is a decline in the energy obtained to work and people just dive slowly into becoming less productive. As long as we are still alive there will always be a need to improve and if that productivity is not taking place there will not be an increased source of income that will help us live a more fulfilled life.

We use an example of someone who has just lost his business or property to judge the fact that we might not need to work hard anymore which is an extremely wrong fact to build upon.
