Little ghosts Halloween Edition / Küçük Hayaletler Cadılar Bayramı Versiyonu

I hope you're well, or more importantly, that you're trying to be well. As you can imagine, I'm still working on it.

With Halloween coming up, I've been working on some low budget stuff as well. Maybe you've heard of it. Halloween is coming. How many days are left? 3, maybe 4 days. I'm not the type of person who decorates the house a lot, but I don't hesitate to run to discounts and if I can, I don't hesitate to do stuff like;

I think they are very cute. Of course, I came to this conclusion after getting the opinion of 500 people, which is a different matter 😂 But I was satisfied with the result. Since I made it in a corner of my room, I light it as soon as it gets dark.

Unfortunately, I forgot to fit all the necessary materials into a single square. In fact, after I started making it, there were a few things that I said, "Oh! Were a few more there!" I started making it. Therefore, I will add new stuff gradually. But except for 2 items, I think all of them are the ones that can be easily found at home. So I feel comfortable. These two materials are led light and glue/adhesive.

I don't think these are not so difficult to obtain, so let's continue.

The drinks were for me 😂 I think you are used to the incense and candle now. So while we were continuing the process, I thought of the only pink thing I have and its necessity for these little ghosts. We need an item that we will stick the toothpick through and make it stand upright. This can be a pillow that you will not use that day. Since I don't use this foam mat anymore, I didn't hesitate to dig out the kidneys 🤣 Ready for Halloween, as a witch, I have to offer my necessary sacrifices 😇

I started by lighting my candle first. I'm doing a ritual after all 😎 Okay, I'll leave the humour aside and get serious now.

At the beginning, I cut the aluminium foils into the notebook-sized sheets you see below. I cut 5 of them altogether. I cut these cuts in half and I got 10 foils in total.

My next step was to roll these foils into a ball and attach them to the head of the toothpicks. I can tell they look like lollipops.

I attached the toothpicks/foil sticks I made to my mat by leaving not too much but not too little space between them.

I love the fact that items like this mat that are not used are useful in the meantime. After this process was finished, I tore about 10 pieces of toilet paper, which was not among the ones in the photo with the materials. Of course, it was about 15 because I kept tearing it with my long nails, but my nails are more important 🤣

Then I poured the glue into the bowl filled with water. I poured out the whole packet, as the small packet already contained about 15 ml of liquid glue.

After stirring well, I dipped the sheets of toilet paper one by one into the water, held them for about 1 second, then took them out, at this point it is best to make sure that the whole sheet is wet, and placed them on the toothpick/foil duo to give the shape of a ghost.

After all this was done, it took about one and a half days to dry. I think this is normal since the weather is not as hot as it used to be. Should I have used a hairdryer? I don't think it was necessary. It didn't take days after all.

After these beauties dried, I carefully removed them because the glue I used was not very strong and if I was not careful, they would probably break very easily.

I carefully removed the foil remaining in them and put them aside so that nothing would happen to them. Since I am perhaps the clumsiest person, I didn't want to waste something I waited patiently.

When I put it aside, I think it looked very cute even before drawing a face.

Don't they look like the Nazgûl are enlightened by the light of Galadriel (a controversial subject, yes...)? 🤣

Afterwards, I carefully drew faces similar to emojis on this 10.

Lastly, I'm not sure how to describe it, but I bent my led lights so that they would stand upright when I put these tiny ghosts on them.

The last thing left to do is to put the little ghosts on these lights. I waited until nightfall, until it was completely dark.

Don't they look cute? I didn't want to break the led light by bending it too much, but I had them a little higher in my mind so that it would look like they were floating. I don't want to lose my light 🤣

Yeah, that's it all from me for today. I had a great time making these little guys, and with my playlist full of Queen tunes in the background, it was a lot of fun.

Cadılar bayramının yaklaşması ile yine düşük bütçeli bir şeyler üzerinde çalıştım. Belki haberiniz vardır. Cadılar bayramı yaklaşıyor. Kaç gün kaldı şunun şurasında. 3 belki 4 gün. Çok evini süsleyen bir tip değilim fakat indirimlere koşmaktan ve de eğer yapabiliyorsam da bir şeyler yapmaktan çekinmem aynı;

yaptığım gibi.

Bence çok şirin oldular. Tabii bu kanıya 500 kişinin fikrini aldıktan sonra vardım orası ayrı bir konu 😂 Ama sonuçtan memnun kaldım. Odamın bir köşesinde yaptığımdan beri hava karardığı anda yakıyorum.

Bütün gereken malzemeleri tek bir kareye sığdırmayı unuttum ne yazık ki. Hatta yapmaya başladıktan sonra "Aaa! Bu da vardı!" dediğim birkaç malzeme oldu o yüzden de aşama aşama yeni malzeme ekleyeceğim. Ama 2 tane malzeme hariç bence hepsi evde rahatlıkla bulunabilecek olanlar. O yüzden içim rahat. Bu iki malzeme ise led ışık ve tutkal/yapıştırıcı.

Bunların da temin etmesi o kadar zor olmayan malzemeler olduğunu düşünmüyorum. O yüzden devam edelim.

İçecekler benim içindi 😂 Artık tütsü ve muma da alıştığınızı düşünüyorum. O yüzden işlemlere devam edelim derken de aklıma sahip olduğum tek pembe şeyin varlığı ve bu minik hayaletler için gerekliliği geldi. Kürdanı geçireceğimiz ve dik durmasını sağlayacağımız bir eşya gerekiyor. Bu o gün kullanmayacağınız bir yastık da olabilir. Ben artık bu köpükten matı kullanmadığım için böbreklerini deşmekten çekinmedim 🤣 Hazır Cadılar bayramı geliyor bir cadı olarak gerekli adaklarımı sunmam gerekiyor 😇

İşe ilk önce mumumu yakarak başladım. Ayin yapıyorum sonuçta 😎 Tamam şakayı bir kenara bırakıp ciddileşiyorum artık.

Başlangıçta alüminyum folyoları altında gördüğünüz defter boyutunda yapraklara ayırdım. Toplamda 5 tane kestim. Bu kestiklerimi de ortadan ikiye böldüm ve toplamda 10 adet folyo elde ettim.

Sonraki adımım ise bu folyoları top hâline getirerek kürdanların başına tutturmak oldu. Lolipopa benzediklerini söyleyebilirim.

Yaptığım kürdan/folyo çubuklarını aralarında çok fazla olmayan ama az da olmayan boşluklar bırakarak matıma tutturdum.

Bu mat gibi kullanılmayan eşyaların arada yararlı oluyor oluşunu çok seviyorum. Bu işlem bittikten sonra ise malzemelerin bulunduğu fotoğraftakiler arasında bulunmayan tuvalet kağıdından yaklaşık 10 tane kopardım. Tabii uzun tırnaklarımla yırtıp durduğum için yaklaşık 15 tane kadar oldu ama tırnaklarım daha önemli 🤣

Daha sonrasında ise yapıştırıcıyı su dolu kabın içine döktüm. Bütün paketi boşalttım ki zaten küçük paket yaklaşık 15 ml sıvı yapıştırıcı bulunduruyordu.

Güzelce karıştırdıktan sonra tuvalet kağıdının yapraklarını teker teker olmak üzere suya batırıp 1 saniye kadar tuttuktan sonra çıkararak, bu noktada bütün yaprağın ıslandığından emin olmak en iyisi, kürdan/folyo ikilisinin üzerine bir hayaletin şeklini verecek şekilde yerleştirdim.

Bütün bunlar bittikten sonra kuruması yaklaşık 1,5 gün aldı. Havalar eskisi kadar sıcak olmadığından dolayı normal bence. Kurutma makinesi kullanmalı mıydım? Bence hiç gerekli değildi. Günler sürmedi sonuçta.

Bu güzellikler kuruduktan sonra onları dikkatlice çıkardım. Çünkü kullandığım yapıştırıcı çok da güçlü değildi ve dikkatli olmazsam eğer büyük ihtimalle çok kolay bozulurlardı.

İçlerinde kalan folyoyu da dikkatlice çıkarıp başlarına bir şey gelmesin diye kenara koydum. Malum belki en sakar insan olduğum için sabırla beklediğim bir şeyin çöpe gitmesini istemedim.

Kenara koyduğumda ise bence yüz çizmeden önce dahi çok tatlı bir görüntü oluştu.

Nazgûl'ler Galadriel'in (tartışmalı bir konu, evet...) ışığı ile yıkanmışlar gibi görünmüyor mu? 🤣

Sonrasında ise bu 10'lunun üzerinde yine dikkatli bir şekilde emojilere benzer yüzler çizdim.

Son olarak ise led ışıklarımı, nasıl anlatabilirim emin değilim ama, bu minik hayaletleri üzerine koyduğumda dik duracak şekilde büktüm.

Artık kalan son iş ise minik hayaletleri bu ışıkların üzerine koymak. Bunun için geceyi, havanın tam olarak kararmasını bekledim.

Çok şirin durmuyorlar mı? Led ışığı fazla bükerek kırmak istemedim ama aklımda biraz daha yukarıda olmaları vardı ki tam olarak süzülüyorlarmış gibi görünsün. Işığımı kaybetmek istemiyorum 🤣

Evet, bugünlük de benden bu kadar. Bu minikleri yaparken güzel vakit geçirdim. Arkadaki Queen parçalarıyla dolu müzik listemle birlikte oldukça eğlenceliydi.
