Indigofera tinctoria

a.k.a Indigo Dye


I couldn’t think of anything to post that was Indigo, and then remembered the organic-Indigo dyed fabrics that I got from Jaipur!

Indigo is a pigment of colour derived from leaves of the Indigo Plant that is native to India.
Fun Fact: It's what makes denim, blue!


Organic cotton dyed by artisans with organic Indigo.
