nbc and indeed media outlets in general need to understand you have to look into a potential associate's actual abilities not just to hire a pretty face and to feel good because you gave a woman a high paying job....
she does too much pushing of her agendas and not enough skilled interviewing, she has offended more guests then most hosts can get away with and is the face behind deep dips in ratings for the timeslot. I wish I could get paid 23 million a year to screw up royally!
