If you had the opportunity, what would you do for those who saved children's lives or for those who never tire of bringing aid to survivors following the recent earthquake in Venezuela?
The recent earthquake in Venezuela on June 24th was undoubtedly a deeply tragic event for the country, resulting in the loss of many lives. Upon hearing the news and seeing the magnitude of the quake on social media, I spent several days suffering from headaches and weeping as I viewed the images online; it is incredible how drastically life can change in a matter of seconds.
It is in moments of sorrow that the true heart and kindness of people are revealed, and this occasion was no exception. Many hands joined together to support the earthquake victims, offering whatever resources they had鈥攚hether little or much鈥攖o rescue those trapped in buildings. It was a beautiful act of love and solidarity with the thousands of people affected by this natural disaster.

Si tuvieras la oportunidad, 驴qu茅 har铆as por aquellos que salvaron la vida de ni帽os o por aquellos que nunca se cansan de llevar ayuda a los sobrevivientes durante el reciente terremoto en Venezuela?
El reciente terremoto en Venezuela, el 24 de junio, fue sin duda una tragedia muy lamentable para el pa铆s, donde muchas personas fallecieron, al recibir la noticia y ver en las redes la magnitud del terremoto estuve varios d铆as con dolor de cabeza y llorando mientras ve铆a las im谩genes en las redes; es incre铆ble como en unos segundos la vida puede cambiar dr谩sticamente.
En estos momentos de dolor es donde se conoce el coraz贸n y bondad de las personas y esta ocasi贸n no fue la excepci贸n, muchas manos se unieron para apoyar a las v铆ctimas del terremoto brindando su ayuda, con lo poco o mucho que dispon铆an para rescatar a los que quedaron atrapados en los edificios, un hermoso acto de Amor y solidaridad con las miles de personas que se vieron afectadas por este fen贸meno natural.
If I had the opportunity to visit the disaster zone, I would like to bring food to the people working tirelessly to rescue survivors from the rubble. I would also bring water, non-perishable food, blankets, mattresses, and tents so they could rest before continuing the search; in such situations, rest is essential for organizing one's thoughts and planning search-and-rescue strategies. If I were unable to go in person, I would seek other ways to ensure aid reached its destination as quickly as possible.
The work these people do is truly admirable鈥攁 profound act of kindness toward those anxiously waiting to find their loved ones. Even when exhausted and facing precarious conditions, they give their all to rescue as many people as possible.
Si tuviese la oportunidad y puedo ir a la zona del desastre, me gustar铆a llevar comida a las personas que incansablemente trabajan all铆 rescatando a los sobrevivientes entre los escombros, tambi茅n llevar agua, alimentos no perecederos, mantas colchones y carpas para que puedan descansar y continuar con la b煤squeda de sobrevivientes, en esas situaciones un descanso es fundamental para organizar las ideas y trazar estrategias de b煤squeda y rescate. en caso de no poder ir busco otras formas para que la ayuda llegue lo m谩s pronto posible a su destino.
Definitivamente la labor que realizan estas personas es admirable y un gran acto de bondad hacia quienes esperan con ansias encontrar a sus seres queridos, porque a煤n cansados y en condiciones precarias dan lo mejor de s铆 para rescatar el mayor n煤mero de personas.
To assist earthquake rescuers and survivors across various parts of the city, collection centers have been established to provide aid and support. Among the organizations involved is the Caritas foundation, which has spent years supporting the community by providing medical services, healthcare, and nutritional aid to the most vulnerable populations. In this instance, the foundation is stepping up to assist survivors by providing not only medical care but also supplies and food; additionally, it is serving as a collection point for clothing, medicines, and non-perishable food items to help those affected.

Con el objetivo de brindar ayuda a los rescatistas y sobrevivientes del terremoto en diferentes sectores de la ciudad se han establecido centros de acopio para brindar ayuda y asistencia asistencia a los sobrevivivientes, entre ellos la fundaci贸n Caritas, que tiene a帽os realizando diferentes labores de apoyo con la comunidad, en cuanto a los servicios de medicina, atenci贸n m茅dica y nutrici贸n a la poblaci贸n m谩s vulnerable; en esta ocasi贸n tambi茅n esta fundaci贸n se suma para atender a los sobrevivientes brind谩ndole no solo asistencia m茅dica sino tambi茅n apoyo con insumos y alimentos, adem谩s funcionan como centro de recepci贸n (de ropa, medicinas y alimentos no perecederos) para asistir a los sobrevivientes.
