Candle Magick works well as training

As with all practice of Magick, you have to enter in pure. Going in with a burdened mind will lead to manifestation of a further burdened environment.

Anyone can do it

To train the Will with a candle, first light the candle and gaze into it's inter dimensional glow.

The fire is simultaneously present and not present.

Take no thought of your own; focus on the candle. Adjust the length and width of the flame with your mind once you feel comfortable; realize that in Magick, there is no such thing as coincidence, just cause yet unknown... did you really cause the flame to change shape and size or was it caused by a gust of air rushing into the room at the exact same time.

Always remember that it is only you and the candle; two objects interacting and becoming aware of each other. Readjust the mind as you come back in and out of focus; this process begins to train the Will for deeper and stronger manifestation
