Seeing the landscapes from an air is something wonderful, spectacular. There is a layer of clouds below which an entire continent can be seen.
I remember in my travels between Argentina and Italy seeing the Italian coast from the air is something beautiful. Especially since Genova is built on terraces, that is, in a staggered way.
Seeing the lights at night on an ascending scale is hard to tell. And by day you can see the whole city at different levels.
