In the southern part of the country, it's mostly sea side, so the humidity is brutal. Even 23-27⁰C is brutal. You'd be getting cooked alive.

Most parts of Nigeria up north get heavy winds from the Sahara desert, so it's very low humidity and just dry. I've got clammy skin, so I prefer dry and low humidity areas.
