For most part of the past two years, blogging and transacting on Hive has been my primary source of income. Over the years I've been picking up new ways to increase my income from the platform and so far, I'd say things have been looking good.
I've taken content creation as my full time job, focusing most of my energy on Hive but of course still using other platforms like ST%$m, Publish0x and uptrennd to augment my income in any little way possible. However, Hive still remains my bread and butter, not only because it pays the highest but it is also where I'm more invested in terms of time and finance.
Hive is not just a hobby, it is a job for me and the amount of time i spend daily on the platform is evident to this fact. I've always been more about the slow build up process, rather than the over night celebrity type shit, and that's one approach that I've employed in trying to grow my brand, and invariably Hive's brand.
While I must admit I've taken a fair bit of Hive out of the system, I also do my bit in adding value to the platform through the way I think I thrive best in, and that's through Twitter. Twitter analytics is one of my favourite tools, and it helps me keep track of my activities, and considering virtually all my tweets are somehow related to hive, I'd say I'm doing quite well.
My Follower count has increased considerably over the past few months, wbut what interests me is that more and more people are visitng my profile.
In the picture above, we see that in the month of July alone, I had 795 profile visits, and considering my profile is hive based, I'd say that's decent marketing. Out of 795 profile visits, I gained 29 new followers, while making over 120k impressions and getting tons of engagement and mentions.
August has been more productive in terms of activities because I've been branching my shilling activities outside the crypto space. I've been interacting with the football community and general information that I'd normally ignore. The results have been interesting and it is something I encourage more people to try. This month alone, I've gotten 53 new followers, over 179k impressions and lot more engagement and mentions than the previous month.

Every day, I wakeup around 6am and think up different ways I could talk about Hive on Twitter. My goal is to make more people ask questions, while showing it off to investors. So, at the end of the day, I'm developing my self personally but also growing my portfolio because a win for Hive, is also a win for me. So, however you see it, I'm always winning on Hive.
