GLX token looks to be performing one of those feign pumps that have characterised the past couple of weeks of feign pumps. The token still hasn't reached 1 cent but there's a growing feeling that things will get better in the coming weeks.
There's still not much to report about the trading volume in the last 24 hours. Hive-engine shows that only $717 worth of tokens have been traded over a day and that's not a value that sparks optimism.
These days, what we have is a market that always looks on the brink of something. The "something" is very fluid but one thing for sure is that it will not be a mentally deranged, face-melting and gravity-defying bull run.
I intend to play the long game with GLX token, so I will be very patient with the token. The only thing that could make me sell is if there's a moderate enough pump that enables me to liquidate the unstaked tokens I hold to sort out some of my future expenses.
As everyone already knows, the only hope for GLX token rests on the launch of the game and based on the responses I've been getting in my publications, it is safe to say that the community is slowly losing patience. Taking so long to release a playable version of the game doesn't do any favours to the project or the token value, so the GLX team need to speed things up.
The roadmap indicates that we should have a full working product by September but that's too far down the line and a lot could go wrong in that period. Now that people have the hots for the game, launching as soon as possible will be healthy.
Hive-engine Emptied
Facilitating our relocation plan has taken a huge toll on me. It has required a lot of liquidation of assets and my hive-engine, in particular, has felt the heat.
At the time of writing, there's only a couple of dollars worth of tokens in my wallet and the only reason they're even there is because there's very little liquidity.
Emptying my Hive-engine wallet has been one of the toughest decisions I've had to make in my life but I'm consoled by the fact that making tough decisions is often followed by an upgrade. My feeling is that this is only a temporary setback and this decision, in the long run at least, will translate to a bigger and more sustainable Hive-engine wallet that will truly be geared towards retirement.
For now, I'll have to continue liquidating to cater to my immediate needs. The Hive-engine wallet will remain empty until at least October but once the dust settles, I'll be focusing and talking a lot more about my staking activities.
