Out of all the dragon summoners in the game, this peculiar card stood out and has grown into one of my faves.

There's nothing fancy about this magic boosting common monster, but due to its price and the fact it looks bad ass, it is my go to Dragon summoner.
The Battle
The Summoner
Delwyn is my most advanced summoner and I always choose it whenever there's wriggle room in terms of mana cap. It boosts magic and also allows me tap the full potential of the Diamond Dragon
The Tank
This mega tank is a robot knight and I can't think of a single reason why I shouldn't use it every damn time. I placed it as my tank since it has large health and magic resistance that will keep it in the battle for a longer time.
Spiky
Every monster had opportunity ability, so putting the vigilator into the battle was a no brainer. It didn't have to use its thorns but it was pretty devastating.
Plague
I'm always thinking ahead when I arrange my team and in this case, I wanted to make sure that I turned off the healing ability of any monster that I could potentially meet in battle.
Speedy
The main reason I added this monster was because I wanted a character that would hit faster. Since opportunity rule was in play, the most important thing is to cripple the opponent as fast as possible and that was the plan.
Blaster
Other than the fact that this monster has a wicked blast radius, it also boosts speed and increases the chances of hitting the opponent early enough. It worked out pretty well.
Cleanser
This is my most advanced legendary monster and in this battle it was meant to slow the pace of my opponent. I also placed it at the back to ensure that it would at least be able to use the last stand ability, in the event of a clusterfuck.
It worked out
Everything turned out okay and in the process, I learnt a valuable lesson about opportunity ruleset. It is a fairly new addition to the game and I'm glad I enjoyed a victory in my first taste of the ruleset.
