This is just a super quick update to tell everyone that our flight landed safely. It was a very stressful flight that I'm not looking forward to taking again.
Night flights are nothing like day flights. In fact, it is safe to say that the difference between night flights and day flights is quite literally night and day.
I don't think I have ever been as mentally stressed as I was during the flight. I can't count how many times I surrendered my life to the will of God and accepted the after life.
I think at the end of the day, I just simply hate flights. That's all there is to it.
Day flights are so nice because you get to soak up the scenery and just be in the moment. You can admire the clouds and all of that.
Night flight is straight out of a horror movie and with bad weather, it is infinitely. The words required to describe the feeling haven't been invented but to summarize it, it feels like dying.
Anyway, not to ruin a joyous day with the shitty bits, the point is that we are in the UK. We are here and we are going to make the best of our time.
