Following this honest conversation about money and investments made me do a personal evaluation of why i did not ( and probably still am not) taking the crytomarket and basically anything that doesn't have to do with fiat currency seriously.
I was still in school when cryto (bitcoin to be precise) made waves and it took me a while to get on board because i am NOT a risk taker by any means. Now the thing is the moment i invested heavily, bitcoin took a dive literally the next week and i made quite a loss.
Couple this fact with the lack of knowledge (i didnt do any of the trading and all of that myself) and my family still being huge sceptics (at least i didnt get the i told you so), it is fair to say that i didn't invest or give it anymore thought until now.
But i am glad it happened, because it prepared and forced to me to learn and actually leave my comfort zone to get to this point right now.
