I gave up thinking that I will be able to get my pension and chose to invest and make my own reserve fund. Things are getting more complex on the jobs market and with AI and emerging technologies, it is hard for me to see a human workforce bigger than the old one to cover those costs. Maybe pension will come from somewhere else, but there are too many variables and bad predictions on it for me to wait idle.
