You are quite right on that and diversification is one way to cover the risk. On the other hand one might think that it dilutes the maximization of the portfolio, but I think that you increase that by choosing wisely some projects with unexpected growth. One can hold Ethereum at 100% ROI, while others (like LEO itself) can achieve 1000-5000%. More options, more chances to strike it big in my opinion.
