I had a crazy experience with a real estate visit: they lied about the sq. meters of the property, they forgot to tell me there is an additional 20% when buying because it was on a company, the parking spot couldn't fit an SUV and the real estate agent told me I need to pay him 3% while I was expecting that to be taken from the seller.
