Myself I've experienced mixed feeling when it comes to healthcare and pharma. For example I have bought into Novo Nordisk for more than 1 year and I am -30%. I have invested in a local pharma company and I am +60%. Thus it is not my favourite sector, but the fact that Berkshire portfolio includes it and that it is almosto 50% from its ATH, it should make it a good investment. But you never know...
