You are right on this and I believe that the perfect time to make an investment is NOW. I have delayed one investment in stocks waiting for the price to fall, but it never did and already 20% UP. But I have my mind on Monday to through the investment I've planned for it and let it play out as one of my retirement plan while picking up dividends along the way.
