In some cases it has that effect. But in some other cases, where there is a lack of technical knowledge which is hard to obtain, that might prove helpful as long as the human controls the process.

Good though. While with my exercises I didn't do match, I plan to take a walk in the evening maybe to compensate with that as well. Also I am trying to build slowly a stronger mentality on doing such things.
