So, we took an user (from the many) linked to @noganoo and found this: it's powering down (or was) and the Steem was never displayed in the account. <----------- Hope someone can enlight us about this matter, we are seeing a lot of cases with this "issue".
Every account powered down and vest directly their Steems to 
@nrg account. Maybe 40 Steem is not that much but when you have 600+, that's a lot.
