Aaah, this topic. Not again.
What is it that you want to talk about?

Am I okay?
Is it the Monday blues?
Does life have a meaning at all?
Why do I even exist?
What is it that I am living for?
Am I crazy?
Why? Why? Why?

These streams of interrogative statements turn into pejoratives towards the very idea of self, thus pushing you onto the verge of depression, causing an existential crisis.

Let's begin, shall we :

  • (1. The thumb)Accept that the situation is critical and you need to contemplate to work it out.

This is an important step. You need to be self-conscious of your thought process. I might have recommended meditation but the problem with pure contemplative meditation with you might turn into a pro of procrastination.
One good thing which you should do is stop making assertions about yourself and start finding answers to each and every question which arises in this search of truth.

  • (2. The index finger)Work out the dialogue between Mind and the Heart.

  • (3. The middle finger) F*ck anyone who doubts YOU.
You are the best, you are the greatest that ever walked upon the face of this Earth. So break free of these freaking chains of mediocrity and fly... Fly till you reach the sky and shine. Shine like the Sun. Daily.

  • (4 The ring finger)Find out something or someone which fills you with passion.

It could be any hobby you like, painting, dancing, singing, even watching cartoons would suffice. Do it, not for the sake of passing time but because you are going to be better at it. So good, that one day even God(if it exists) would ask you questions related to it. If you have someone as a beacon of hope in your life, talk to them. They would understand how it feels like to be sad, and they would help you out.

  • (5 The pinkie) Make a promise with YOURSELF.

A promise that you will never take direst measures to put an end to your suffering. As Buddha said, "Pain Is Inevitable; Suffering Is Optional". Build a strong personality, be a man of your own will. Have HOPE, have Faith...
